" Bechamel " is a simple white sauce, preparing fried flour-based, to be further cooked in milk. This sauce is used with pleasure with a variety of foods, such as eggs, vegetables, white meat. The following example of a quick recipe for Bechamel sauce for lasagne is not expensive at all. You and all your loved ones will be delighted with it! Ingredients for the sauce: - 1 head of a medium-sized onion; - 200 ml of milk; - 16 gr. butter (1 tbsp. l.); - 25 gr. flour (1 tbsp. l.); - ground black pepper, - salt to taste. Cooking method: Leave the onion, peeled and finely chopped, for a while in boiling milk, which should be saturated with the smell of onions. After that, the milk must be filtered. Add flour to the melted butter, fry, stirring gently for a few seconds, so that it does not have time to turn yellow. Then pour the fragrant milk infused with onions in small portions.
