Products for cooking:
Pork meat - 500 grams;
Pasta - 250-300 grams;
Onions - 2 pieces (medium);
Butter - 70 grams;
Salt, black pepper, parsley leaves - to taste.
We wash the meat well, fill it with water and set to cook. As soon as it boils, remove the foam and cook until tender (about 1, 5-2 hours). Cool the finished meat and pass it through a meat grinder. Peel my onions and also pass them through a meat grinder. Put the pan on a small fire, add butter, onions, meat and fry until golden brown. All our stuffing is ready.
We put water for cooking pasta in a ratio of 1: 3. When it boils, add pasta and cook until tender. The exact time cannot be determined, since the duration of cooking pasta from different manufacturers is different. If the pasta is ready, drain it into a colander and rinse it well under running water. Strain again well and put the pasta in a frying pan with minced meat. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and fry over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. 1 - 2 minutes before the end of frying, add finely chopped parsley to our pasta in the navy style (if desired, of course).
